The second request for the lovely . Happy early birthday as well, my dear. C:

This is a picture of her, of course, looking spiffy with her new haircut!! 8D I decided lavender really went with it, actually, so I made the dress as such.~
To add some zeal, I added the birds.

I wanted to portray a feeling of freedom within this piece. I hope it shows!
